Job Title: Senior P6 Scheduler
Location: Corvallis, OR
Work Model: Remote - offsite
Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules
- Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and resource plans.
- Integrate Schedules Across Programs
- Consolidate multiple project schedules into integrated master schedules.
- Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between projects.
- Perform Schedule Analysis
- Conduct critical path analysis, float analysis, and risk assessments.
- Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support Project Controls
- Collaborate with cost engineers and project managers to align schedule and cost data.
- Provide earned value analysis and progress reporting.
- Ensure Compliance with PMO Standards
- Apply PMO governance, scheduling standards, and best practices.
- Maintain consistency in coding structures, calendars, and resource assignments.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Alternatively, an additional 4 years (14 years total) of directly applicable working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of full-time working experience in project scheduling within large-scale projects or programs (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors), with at least 5 of those years working with Primavera P6, is required. Must have exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an emphasis on coordinating conflicting demands and priorities and the ability to manage complex programs/projects with multiple work phases. Must be able to demonstrate strong technical writing skills with excellent communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy regulation 10 CFR, Part 810.
