Job Description:Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and advisor for North American Leaders of the Enabling Functions to help translate business and function strategies into a high-performing, future-ready people agenda. This position plays a critical role in shaping organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent management, culture, workforce planning, and transformation priorities at functional level. This includes identifying and developing talent, refining systemic solutions for a high-performing organization, and enabling a culture that fosters engagement, health, wellbeing, inclusion, and diversity.
The impact of this role goes beyond traditional people & organization partnership as it helps orchestrate the deployment of RC North America people strategy as well as reinvent talent agenda across the Region. The role will focus on strengthening leadership pipeline, boost career and development and support building strategic capabilities within the region. The role will be key in the deployment of the workforce planning in RC NA and making strategic recommendations based on the org data and insights.

What will be your key responsibilities?- Lead the deployment of the regional talent strategy aligned with RC NA business goals and the Operating Model to ensure we have diverse Associates in the right roles to meet both our current and future business needs. Ensure consistent execution of talent strategy across divisions and functions through respective leadership teams and in close partnership with centres of expertise (CoE) and MyP&O Teams
- Provide KPIs and bring visibility of progress in deployment of People and Talent strategies
- Facilitate Mars Development Review process (MDR) and drive consistent execution of MDR across the region to boost the pipeline and enable development of successors.
- Drive the culture of talent scouting and ownership for talent pipeline and RC NA talent development
- Embed leadership development and talent ecosystem initiatives to support prioritised capability building and internal talent mobility.
- Provide coaching and development support to RCNA top talent and their line managers to drive succession conversion.
- Drive continuous learning culture by promoting coaching, mentoring, and career development frameworks aligned with business needs.
- Ensure development plans for key talent are linked to strategic capability shifts and business priorities.
- Facilitate Performance and Development process across RCNA, ensuring the process runs fairly and effectively.
- Act as the lead program manager for deployment of the RCNA priorities, ensuring excellence in execution and synergies across the region.
- Support the deployment of the workforce planning capability across the Region.
- Serve as the main point of contact for identified business leader(s) and leadership teams, actively participating in business decisions by providing data-driven insight, support, challenge, and representing the Associate voice to improve business decision-making.
- Be accountable for creating and executing the functional people plan, with a focus on talent, organization, and culture to deliver business results through our Associates.
- Diagnose and design people initiatives that align with strategic priorities.
- Lead organization development strategies, to ensure a fit-for-purpose organization.
- Partner to create and champion robust change management plans to deliver business and people strategies.
- Partner across the P&O operating model and with business leaders to define, design, test, and deploy solutions to execute on the people plan, securing the necessary resources and budget.
- Drive the consistent adoption of practices to ensure fairness and equity across Mars.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
