Responsibilities

Full Job Description
The Senior Organizational Effectiveness & Change Specialist strengthens organizational performance by building change leadership capability and supporting the people side of change. This role develops and implements change management strategies, training, communications, and readiness activities that drive adoption and improve business outcomes. The position also supports organization effectiveness programs, including engagement surveys, coaching and feedback initiatives, and workforce data analysis.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build change leadership capability by equipping sponsors, people leaders, and Change Champions with practical tools, coaching, guidance, and consistent ways of leading change.
  • Lead and support the Change Champion Community of Practice to strengthen shared learning, consistency, and engagement across change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver OCM training that helps leaders and employees understand, support, and adopt change more effectively.
  • Partner with Communications to create clear, concise, and compelling communication materials to inform employees about upcoming changes, the rationale, and the benefits.
  • Develop and manage communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletter, lunch & learn).
  • Support Project Change Management
  • Apply a structured change management methodology, approach and tools on business transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management plans that include communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement plans.
  • Lead change management activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand, manage, and reinforce change.
  • Provide independent project change management support for CI and functional initiatives as needed.
  • Leads the development, implementation, facilitation, analysis, and reporting of employee engagement practices; partners with HRBPs and other stakeholders to identify manager action plans.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to senior leaders and other associates across the enterprise
  • Analyzes data, designs, and tracks business and change impact analyses for assessment of initiatives and programs.


What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organization Change Management, Industrial/Organization Psychology, business management or a related field, or equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in change management, organization effectiveness/development, organization behavior, or a related field.
  • Experience in running communities of practice and developing change management and related training is strongly preferred
  • Proven results in developing and writing communications, and in building communication vehicles and tools (e.g., newsletters, intranet sites) is strongly preferred
  • Experience applying change management principles, methodologies, & tools to cross functional change initiatives is preferred
  • Ability to build relationships, conduct focus groups and collaborate effectively across diverse client groups and HR colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Change Management certification is preferred (e.g., CCMP, Prosci).
