Role Description

Form Energy is hiring a Senior Oracle PIM Operations Analyst to serve as the functional owner for Product Information Management (PIM) in our manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between our engineering design teams and the manufacturing floor, ensuring that product data, revisions, and configurations are accurately translated from our PLM system into Oracle ERP. You will own the lifecycle of manufacturing data execution, from managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and effectivity dates in Oracle to coordinating directly with NPI teams on the timing of new part cut-ins.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!

What you'll do:
  • PIM Ownership: Serve as the primary functional owner for Oracle PIM within the manufacturing facility, ensuring data integrity and system alignment.
  • ECO & Effectivity Management: Coordinate closely with PLM administrators to manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and meticulously manage effectivity dates within Oracle.
  • NPI Coordination: Partner with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to determine optimal timing for making new design changes effective on the production floor.
  • Production Cut-Ins: Own and execute the process for cutting in new parts and revisions on active production lines with minimal disruption.
  • Configuration Control: Maintain and update highly accurate work order configuration documents to reflect the most current manufacturing bills of material (mBOMs).
  • Variance Analysis: Proactively analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve variances between PLM effective revisions and Oracle effective revisions to prevent build errors.

What you'll bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, master data management, or NPI, with deep hands-on expertise in Oracle PIM and PLM systems (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter, Arena).
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturing Bills of Material (mBOMs), routing, ECO processes, and ERP/PLM data architecture.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex changes across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams.
  • Analytical Skills: High attention to detail with proven experience identifying and resolving complex data variances between enterprise systems.
Where you'll work:

This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV-an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is available.
