JOB SUMMARY
Strong experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC). Deep expertise in: Routing configuration, Activity assignment logic, Capacity planning and work zone management. Experience working in integrated ecosystems (OFSC + Salesforce + custom/mobile apps). Ability to collaborate with distributed teams (onshore/offshore). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
