What You Will Do
- Provide leadership and direction to a Production team.
- Ensure performance delivery against key targets/metrics and quality standards (deliver the Master Production Schedule and related KPIs).
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and cost reduction to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within a team.
- Effectively manage a team to increase line performance and development of individuals.
- Developing effective relationships within both the production and support departments to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure that all Health and Safety standards and requirements are met.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in an assembly or production environment
- ERP systems experience
- Experience setting and managing to KPIs

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
