Ideal Siding Denver/Boulder
Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000
Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually
Profit Sharing & Phantom Equity Pathway
Target Total Compensation: $125,000-$175,000+
Top Performers: $200,000+

Position SummaryThe Senior Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of the business and reports directly to the Owner.
This individual is responsible for overseeing all production operations, managing the Operations Manager, driving profitability, developing systems, improving customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.
This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like an owner and understands that operational excellence drives company growth.
Success will be measured by profitability, customer satisfaction, project execution, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Compensation & Long-Term OpportunityThis is not a traditional salary position.

Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $75,000-$95,000
Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $60,000 annually based on operational scorecard performance


Target Earnings: $125,000-$175,000+Exceptional performers may exceed these earnings through bonus and profit-sharing opportunities.
