About the RoleIn this role, you will be the operational backbone of our organization. You won't just be managing tasks; you'll be coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to foster a culture of integrity, trust, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day, Regional Managers and Account Coordinator.
- Account Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management.
- Quality & Compliance: Serve as the champion of "Elevation Elite," our standard of excellence, ensuring all accounts meet our high benchmarks for quality.
- Growth & Development: Partner with our teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposal collaboration and account startups.
- Tech & Innovation: Manage administrative aspects of our engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives.
What You Bring- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: A proven track record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations.
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification is required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Personal Training (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or ACE) Group Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time, including to our Colorado home office.
