Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the clinic. This position requires strong leadership skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage resources, enhance efficiency, and improve patient experience. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating various departments, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the orthopedic clinic, aligning operational activities with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, staffing, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative personnel to optimize workflows and enhance the patient experience.
