Full Job Description
The Senior Operations Analyst provides direct support to the Acquisition Operations Director within the Cargo Helicopters Project Management Office (PMO). This role is critical in managing communications, synchronizing efforts across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in U.S. Army operations, tasker management systems (ETMS2 or similar), and program management processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for all shared PMO products (briefings, reports, etc.)
  • Manage and coordinate the staffing of task deliverables across the organization to support PM, DPM, and AcqOps Director workloads
  • Operate as an expert in the ETMS2 TMT tasker management system
  • Coordinate and track responses to RFIs and staffing requests, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Review and quality-check briefings, strategy documents, and external engagement plans
  • Facilitate horizontal and vertical communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks
  • Support and coordinate a wide range of office functions including:
    • Event planning and execution (e.g., town halls, ceremonies, industry days)
    • Human resource management support
    • Property accountability and facilities management
    • Administrative services, security, and IT coordination
  • Archive key data and develop/refine policies, procedures, and directives for government review
  • Represent Operations leadership in meetings and conferences as needed
  • Lead special ad hoc initiatives focused on organizational structure, mission alignment, and resource planning
  • Translate strategic concepts into actionable operational objectives to support future mission success
  • Provide expert advice to leadership on streamlining operations and achieving organizational goals
  • Coordinate suspense actions that impact major program segments or the organization as a whole

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Clearance Required: Secret
  • Bachelor's degree with 13 years of relevant experience
    • Allowable substitution: High school diploma and 17 years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • U.S. Army operations at the O-6/APEO level
    • Tasker management systems (ETMS2 or equivalent)
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Desired Qualifications:
  • DAU Program Management Level II Certification
  • Familiarity with DoDI 5000 series Acquisition Instructions
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army staffing processes and procedures
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

$78,100-$130,300 USD
