Job Title: Senior Mainframe Developer - OMNI Overview / Summary Seeking an experienced Senior OMNI (Mainframe) Developer with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in OMNI applications and Mainframe technologies. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, production support, and maintenance of business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and implement OMNI/Mainframe solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience.
- Experience with OMNI application development and support.
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
- Experience with TSO/ISPF and Endevor/Changeman.
- Experience with Mainframe batch processing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with production support and incident management.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to Mainframe modernization and integration initiatives.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
