What Makes You the Perfect Fit Non-Negotiable Qualifications: - Current Colorado OT license
- 5+ years clinical experience (home health required)

Leadership Responsibilities: - Mentor 3-4 OTs through:
- Biweekly case conferences
- Joint visits with competency assessments
- Field training for new hires
- Develop quarterly clinical education modules
- Represent OT in quality improvement meetings
