Full Job Description
As a key member of the NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Organization, we are looking for a Senior NPN Program Operations Analyst in Santa Clara, California who will help work through sophisticated business opportunities across multiple functions to improve overall process/operations and increase the ease of doing business with NVIDIA.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own key business processes and platforms end-to-end. Take full accountability for the systems and workflows you're assigned. This includes understanding what's broken, crafting the fix, and encouraging adoption across a global partner ecosystem.
  • Lead sophisticated, multi-functional projects independently. Drive initiatives from collaborator intake through requirements, solution development, building, testing, and deployment - coordinating across engineering, program management, sales, and partner-facing teams without needing a project manager in your corner.
  • Translate business strategy into operational reality. As the program evolves, be the one who determines how to turn new requirements and initiatives into scalable systems and processes that work for both internal and external team members.
  • Make decisions based on data. Use program data, partner metrics, and operational signals to diagnose problems and evaluate tradeoffs. Build a strong case for your solutions by knowing the right questions to ask and which numbers matter.
  • Apply AI and automation to reduce manual effort. You'll actively seek opportunities to improve operations using AI tools, automated workflows, and smarter system development. You will help the broader team set a higher standard in how we work.
  • Serve as a domain expert at every level of the organization. You are comfortable communicating a case to leadership, writing a technical specification for a Salesforce developer, and walking a partner through a process change.

What we need to see:
  • 12+ years of experience in channel partner programs, business operations, or a related function at a global high-technology company. You grasp how channel programs are structured, how partners are motivated, and where the operational friction lives.
  • Ability to run large, sophisticated projects from start to finish without close supervision. You set the pace, handle the dependencies, and hold the team accountable. You know when to bring up issues and when to just make the call.
  • Strong requirements and documentation skills. You can turn an unclear customer need into a clear BRD, actionable Jira stories, and a QA plan. You understand the difference between what someone asked for and what they truly need.
  • Analytical proficiency sufficient to drive decisions. You know how to interrogate data, identify the signal in the noise, and use what you find to build a credible argument.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation approaches - either in practice or with a clear vision for how to apply them to channel operations workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Problem definition comes first. When scope isn't clear, the boundaries get drawn proactively - through information gathering, assumption pressure-testing, and working towards a decision.
  • Deep channel ecosystem experience. Multi-tier partner hierarchies, certification structures, rebate programs, and the operational machinery behind them - including where they break down and how to fix them at scale.
  • Systems thinking, not task thinking. A change in partner onboarding has downstream effects on compliance, portal experience, and reporting. Solutions account for the full picture.
  • Force multiplier mentality. Good work gets documented, findings get shared, and operational standards rise for the whole team - not just the immediate result.
  • A real point of view on AI in operations. Genuine thinking about where AI tools move the needle in channel ops - and eagerness to put that thinking into practice, not just discuss it.
