The Work:
Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions that transform clients’ operations.
Development of scalable Physical AI architectures with a focus on autonomy, Vision-Language-Action (VLA) model integration, real-time systems, and simulation-to-reality pipelines.
Management of a Physical AI / Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across phases such as PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
Execution of technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and establishment of robust demo and test setups leveraging the latest foundation models (NVIDIA GR00T, , OpenVLA).
Close coordination with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units—from roadmap creation to productive implementation, including alignment with ecosystem players such as NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, and Universal Robots.
Active contribution to the Next-Gen Robotics strategy: tech roadmaps, partner development, Physical AI ecosystem positioning, and internal enablement initiatives.
Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Physical AI Robotics offerings
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors
Make the business case for the Physical AI & Robotics solution recommended to the client
Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed
Continue to learn and develop your technical expertise and business expertise
Be ready to rack up those air miles with weekly travel to client sites Monday through Thursday
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Heres What You Need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience Strong experience in key industries: Automotive, Life Science, Public Services.
Minimum of 8 years of experience taking responsibility in technical leadership rolese.g., as a solutions architect, tech lead, or integrative tech generalist in interdisciplinary teams.
Minimum of 5 years of experience Solid experience with modern robotics stacks: ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments (NVIDIA Isaac Sim 6.0, Isaac Lab 3.0, MuJoCo, Gazebo, NVIDIA Cosmos).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience in robotics, consulting, or software projects with a technical focus in industrial or research environments.
Minimum of 3years of experience with Physical AI and foundation model concepts: Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models, robot learning from demonstration, sim-to-real transfer, and synthetic data generation via world models (NVIDIA Cosmos, Genesis).
Bachelors degree in robotics, computer science (or related) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
