  • Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise strategy, policy, programmatic requirements, capability analysis, and resource analysis applicable to MPE.
  • Conduct detailed and comprehensive analysis of MPE systems; identify critical capabilities, capability gaps, and modernization roadmaps to guide the strategic and incremental evolution of all MPEs.
  • Research, analyze, and assess all relevant DoD policies that address or impact MPE capabilities and associated domestic and international agreements.
  • Provide architectural and technical design support for the development of future-state globally integrated MPE enterprise services.
  • Develop whitepapers and architectural artifacts to guide and shape cloud-based information domains in support of Combatant Command and Service-specific mission partner information sharing needs.
