About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, Beauty, you will own and grow commercial results with major national retail partners in the beauty category. This is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on delivering sustained sales and profit growth, developing strong joint business plans, and driving excellence in execution.

You will have direct accountability for sales targets, forecasting, and account P&L. Using data and clear communication, you'll regularly assess performance, identify opportunities, and act quickly to capitalize on them. Building trusted, high-value relationships with external retail partners and cross-functional teams (such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain) is essential to your success.

You will lead core account meetings, negotiate terms, and present actionable business cases-delivering results while strengthening Dyson's presence and reputation in the marketplace. What you will do:

Drive Account Performance
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets across key national retail accounts in the beauty category.
  • Build, execute, and monitor joint business plans with retail partners that unlock sustainable growth and category share.
  • Track sales versus target weekly; quickly spot and address risks and capitalize on opportunities for in-year improvement.
  • Manage account P&Ls, ensuring healthy margins, accurate forecasts, and effective use of resources.


Strengthen Customer Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision makers, becoming the voice of Dyson with retail partners.
  • Prepare and lead recurring business meetings with buyers and commercial teams, securing alignment on goals, activities, and solutions.
  • Present compelling business cases for promotions, new product launches, and investments, always grounded in clear data.


Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver account plans, exclusive offers, and process improvements.
  • Navigate internal approvals, align key stakeholders, and keep projects moving at pace.
  • Coordinate with field teams and other functions to ensure strong execution in-store and online.


Enable Team and Business Success
  • Share insights and best practices, supporting a high-performance, solutions-focused sales team culture.
  • Champion a proactive, data-driven approach and a relentless focus on execution and results.


What you will bring:
  • 7+ years' national account management experience in consumer or beauty brands, with direct sales responsibility for national retail accounts.
  • Advanced skills in account management, P&L operations, forecasting, and sales analysis. Strong Excel and scenario-building capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and act on commercial plans, negotiate complex agreements, and drive measurable improvement.
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and communication skills -comfortable operating with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of proactive problem solving and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (20-50%) to customer offices and Dyson sites as business requires.
  • Major plus: Experience managing or supporting partnerships with leading beauty retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, TJ Maxx, Revolve, Violet Grey, or Bluemercury.
