We are seeking a Senior Water and Wastewater/Municipal Project Manager to join our Water Team serving Eastern PA, NY and NJ. This position can be based in Hamilton, NJ, New Providence, NJ, Allentown PA or Philadelphia (Exton) PA and can be offered in a hybrid mode. Client and project travel in the region will be required. The successful candidate will report to the Area Water Operations Manager.
Under the direction of the Area Water Operations Manager, the primary function will be to carry out the deveopment and doing of work on behalf of Kleinfelder to identify, position, propose, and win targeted business pursuits with existing and new Clients, ultimately catalyzing continued diversification and growth of the business. The candidate will nurture and grow client relationships in a team environment and assist in the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the water/wastewater market. The candidate upon hire will take on existing clients to support active and upcoming pursuits and projects. Over time, they will be required to develop new relationships and opportunities that can translate rapidly to successful business development and long-term repeat business.
The candidate must have experience as an account representative/client account manager, experience as a technical and overall project manager for water/wastewater/municipal engineering infrastructure in the public and private infrastructure owner space. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication and technical writing skills. Candidate must value quality and detail in delivery.
