Full Job Description
In this role, you will lead the creation of impactful multimedia marketing assets across digital, video, print, and emerging media channels. You will combine creative vision with hands-on execution, helping drive MEM's visual marketing strategy while managing projects from concept through completion. As a trusted creative partner, you will collaborate across the organization to develop engaging content that strengthens our brand, supports business objectives, and delivers meaningful audience experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Creative Leadership and Brand Storytelling
  • Lead the development of visually compelling marketing assets that strengthen MEM's brand and create meaningful audience engagement.
  • Drive the evolution of MEM's visual marketing direction through innovative storytelling, creative design, and multimedia experiences.
  • Provide creative guidance and recommendations that balance innovation, audience needs, and business goals.
  • Research and evaluate emerging multimedia trends, technologies, and formats to enhance marketing effectiveness and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content across digital, video, print, and other marketing channels.

Project Leadership and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Independently manage multimedia projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to define project goals, clarify requirements, and develop effective creative solutions.
  • Serve as a consultative resource to stakeholders by translating business needs into compelling visual communications.
  • Manage relationships with external creative vendors and partners to ensure project success and brand consistency.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
  • Review and approve marketing assets for brand consistency, accessibility, accuracy, and overall quality before publication or distribution.
  • Apply performance insights, audience feedback, and project results to improve future marketing initiatives and creative execution.
  • Maintain organization, version control, and distribution of marketing assets across appropriate platforms and systems.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance creative processes, workflows, and outcomes.


Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Emerging Media, Marketing, Creative Arts, or a related field required.

Certifications and Portfolio
  • Professional multimedia portfolio required.

Licensing
  • Valid driver's license required.

Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in multimedia, creative production, visual marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience independently managing complex creative projects from planning through delivery.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting B2B and/or B2C marketing initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience working with multimedia, marketing, and creative production tools and platforms.
