Full Job Description
The Senior Production Manager manages the day-to-day functions of the Account Managers and Production Coordinators in the Division/Business Unit to achieve outstanding capture, customer satisfaction and profit per loan goals. The Senior Production Manager interacts with the mortgage operations team to ensure both teams work together effectively in the best interest of the company. Participate in the quality control function of the loan process by working with the Compliance department. Partner with the sales leaders to cultivate relationships between mortgage and the Divisions/Business Units.
Requirements include an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or a minimum of five years mortgage origination experience. A combination of education and experience is acceptable with a minimum of five years mortgage origination experience.
