Technica Corporation is seeking a Senior Mission Trainer (Team Lead) to support INSCOM Data Capabilities Division (DCD) - Intelligence and Automation Operations (IAO) task order. The primary place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  • Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.

The position would be located at a government facility in Fort Belvoir, VA. and require work to be performed onsite. Any hybrid work schedule would require customer approval. The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.

 

 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret with SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree in related or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years OR associate’s degree with 12 years’ experience.
  • 5 years demonstrated experience conducting training in the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.
  • 5 years experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
  • Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
