Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel spreadsheets
• Experience in equipment leasing or loan industries
• Preferred background in franchise lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent financial modeling abilities
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
• Sound judgment in complex scenarios
• Effective communication skills for difficult decisions
• Collaborative and able to manage stakeholder needs

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess creditworthiness.
• Complete financial spreads and PD templates per company policies.
• Make credit decisions on transactions within authority and recommend others for additional approval.
• Communicate with Sales to gather required credit information and justify decisions.
• Recommend changes to credit guidelines for efficiency while maintaining sound judgment.
• Complete all assignments within set deadlines.
