Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Lead with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Apps. The successful candidate will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with strong communication skills. The candidate will support core platform engineering initiatives including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-premises systems. The role will also support business-aligned squads by providing solution design guidance, reviewing code and configurations, building common tools and functions, and automating DevOps at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
• Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, the Central Power Engineering team, Networking, and Exchange/email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.
• Define solution architecture and design.
• Build Dynamics functionality iteratively, with full unit and integration testing for each function.
• Integrate external system data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
• Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
• Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
• Provide solution design guidance to business-aligned squads.
• Review code and configurations and establish common tools and functions.
• Automate DevOps processes at scale.
• Support platform security, resiliency, scalability, observability, and product upgrades.
• Troubleshoot platform and application issues and provide effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience building web applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience with iterative and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure certifications.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.
• Experience with full lifecycle application testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Experience with delivery management.
• Comfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels.
