Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Copilot Agent Developer for a hands-on development role focused on building Microsoft Copilot Agents to address complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Agents, Power Platform, Generative AI, LLMs, and hands-on software development. This role will involve designing conversational experiences, integrating agents with enterprise systems, developing reusable backend capabilities, and implementing secure, governed AI solutions. The position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with an onsite schedule of three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Copilot Agents to address complex business requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, to build automation and backend capabilities.
• Apply Generative AI and LLM concepts to prompt engineering, context management, and retrieval-based responses.
• Integrate Copilot Agents with internal and external systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph.
• Develop reusable backend capabilities and complex workflows using .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
• Design natural and user-friendly conversational experiences, including ambiguity handling and fallback scenarios.
• Connect agents to enterprise knowledge sources to support data grounding and reliable responses.
• Implement security and compliance controls, including authentication and role-based access.
• Apply workflow orchestration and event-driven automation concepts to agent solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver effective Copilot Agent solutions.
