Job Summary

Responsible for managing and overseeing complex reporting, analytics, and performance measurement activities within the Revenue Cycle function. Ensures the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable data to support operational effectiveness, financial performance, and compliance objectives. Leads multiple reporting and analytics teams in developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization systems. Collaborates with Revenue Cycle leadership to evaluate performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.

Essential Functions
• Manages and prioritizes reporting and analytics projects that support Revenue Cycle operations and organizational goals.
• Oversees the creation, validation, and distribution of financial, operational, and payer performance reports across multiple departments.
• Ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting systems and analytical platforms.
• Guides the development and enhancement of dashboards and business intelligence tools to improve accessibility of key metrics.
• Reviews and interprets data to identify performance trends, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle leadership and business partners to define reporting requirements and performance metrics.
• Develops and implements quality assurance processes for recurring and ad hoc reporting.
• Provides mentorship and oversight to analysts and managers, supporting professional development and analytical skill advancement.
• Coordinates communication and presentation of analytical findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
