Howyou’llmake an impact:

This roletypicallyreports intotheDirector orVP of Merchandising, has1-2direct reports(if applicable)and is based in ourBuckheadoffice.

50% Strategy and Line Structure:

-Lead business deep dives generate new strategies, reinforce existing ones, and drive change

-Develop strong understanding of the marketplace, recognizing andidentifyingtrends

- Search for white space opportunities that will grow the brand and increase relevancy

-Utilizepast knowledge plus current trends to develop new strategies and / or opportunities

-Maintainawareness of competition; understanding flow cadence, product assortment, and make / value equation

- Lead business and creative decisions for final assortment with Design,Artand PDC

20%: Style Set Up/System Management:

-Utilizereports and systems to create hindsight decks and specialized business reports

- Own product costing decisions/style level costing tool 65 ensuring data analysis is up to date

15%: Brand/CRI Strategy & Projects:

-Support product strategy development including driving many milestone meetings and executing product development calendar

- Partner with VPs and other merchants to leadBrand StrategyandCompany Wide Initiatives

15%: Marginand RevenueManagement:

-Drive achievement of categorymargin and revenuegoals based on financial plans

-Maintainawareness of competitionrelativeto product value relationship and customer profitability within category

Must have:

Bachelor’s Degreerequired

8+Years of Experiencein retail buying or merchandising position; experience developing a line structure is critical

Preferred skills and experience:

Strong aesthetic point of view and the abilitythe translateto our brands asdemonstratedthrough experience successfully building a line structure

Strong knowledge of retail metrics to effectively analyze results across channels and markets

Demonstrated ability to balance multi-channel and/or multi-account calendar and line structure development simultaneously

Experience working with design, sourcing, product development, tech design, and other cross-functional partners

Ability to lead and develop talent

Well-developed presentation skills needed to present to senior level executives and key accounts

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
