About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Member Marketing Associate. You will help grow our member campaigns. Your job is to make sure our work is done well and fast. You will work on many different channels. We want someone who is very careful and keeps things consistent.

Reporting into ourSenior Manager of Member Marketing, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Data to help deliver campaigns that enroll members and drive measurable outcomes. You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment, and partnering across teams to execute marketing campaigns, maintain project momentum, and identify opportunities to improve performance through testing and optimization.
Responsibilities
  • Translate enrollment strategy into effective campaign execution by operationalizing messaging, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and driving structured optimization across Direct Mail and Email.
  • Lead email mail operations end-to-end: build templates, manage audience lists and targeting logic, oversee timelines, and perform QA
  • Leverage AI tools and agents to improve campaign execution, content development, campaign performance insights, and day-to-day operational efficiency while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Plan, execute, and manage A/B tests end-to-end, synthesizing results to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product and business decisions

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $115,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
