Roles & Responsibilities

Medical writing, Regulatory writing, Content strategy, Copy development, Brand messaging, Healthcare communication - (For Brand websites and CRM campaigns)

The position is accountable for copy accuracy across content documents, Figma designs, LMR reviews, AI-assisted validation, and pre-launch website reviews. By leveraging AI tools and emerging AI agents, this individual helps strengthen compliance, improve review efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure all digital experiences are approved and ready for go-live.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and maintain all copy documents, ensuring alignment across approved copy, Figma files, and live websites.
• Review copy in Figma for accuracy, consistency, formatting, references, and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with Bayer Legal, Medical, and Regulatory (LMR) teams to incorporate feedback and implement approved revisions.
• Coordinate with creative, UX, production, and Bayer stakeholders to maintain a single source of truth for approved content.
• Maintain copy review checklists to ensure consistency across client feedback, LMR reviews, and project updates.
• Track content changes across copy documents, Figma files, staging sites, and production environments.
• Review staging websites before launch to verify approved copy, disclosures, regulatory language, and required content are implemented correctly.
• Provide content recommendations and explain the rationale behind copy decisions, structure, readability, and user experience improvements.
• Develop content recommendations that align with Bayer brand standards, customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Present copy recommendations and content updates to client and project teams.
• Leverage AI tools and AI agents to improve content quality and review efficiency by:

o Comparing copy documents with Figma files.

o Identifying inconsistencies across pages and assets.

o Detecting grammar, spelling, readability, and compliance issues.

o Tracking content through review and approval cycles.

o Supporting staging website reviews before go-live.
• Partner with UX, technology, and content operations teams to improve AI-enabled content review processes.
• Support content governance, quality assurance, and content consistency across Bayer digital experiences.
• Serve as the final content quality reviewer before go-live, ensuring all copy is accurate, approved, compliant, and consistent across documents, Figma, and production websites.

Salary Range: $100,000 -$130,000 year
