  • Ensure drawings and documentation comply with GD&T standards, drafting standards, and internal specifications
  • Support engineering change orders (ECOs), revision control, and configuration management activities across the product lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot assembly, fit, and integration issues during prototype and production builds and drive documentation updates as needed
  • Develop cable routing, harness documentation, and integration details for electro-mechanical systems
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to clarify drawing intent, resolve documentation questions, and improve release quality

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience (or an equivalent amount of an advanced degree and expereince) in mechanical design, electro-mechanical documentation, product engineering, or related role

  • Working knowledge of GD&T and standard mechanical drafting practices
  • Experience with PLM or PDM systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena, or equivalent
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, cable assemblies, or electromechanical integration

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RF products, electronics packaging, or test equipment
  • Familiarity with cable and harness design, routing practices, or integration documentation
  • Experience supporting high-mix, low-volume manufacturing or new product introduction environments
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, change control processes, and configuration management
