Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Master Scheduling or 7+ years in production planning, with aerospace experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced experience with ERP/MRP systems, with Epicor as a preference.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, demand management, and material planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using Epicor ERP.
• Analyze order feasibility based on capacity, material availability, and quality status.
• Integrate sales orders into Epicor to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Perform finite capacity planning across work centers and value streams.
• Apply bottleneck management and Theory of Constraints (TOC) to optimize throughput.
• Maintain total demand visibility and drive Clear-to-Build (CTB) status.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality to avoid production delays.
• Identify scheduling process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements.
