  • Validate campaign setup across internal and agency workflows to ensure alignment and identify risks prior to launch
  • Partner with agency teams to define requirements, align on build approach, and ensure adherence to activation standards
  • Monitor campaign execution to identify issues, escalate risks, and coordinate resolution
  • Identify gaps in campaign setup, data inputs, or orchestration logic and drive alignment to resolve them
  • Escalate and track issues through resolution, coordinating across follow-through across internal and external teams

(25%) Platform Health & Activation Readiness
  • Monitor and maintain the health of campaign activation environments, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or comparable platforms) and upstream data inputs (e.g., audience pipelines, attributes, consent signals)
  • Partner with data and engineering teams to ensure audience data is accurate, available, and aligned with campaign needs
  • Validate inputs into activation platforms (e.g., segments, attributes, flags) to ensure readiness for execution Identify and communicate cross-system dependencies (e.g., data availability, consent, ID alignment) that may impact performance
  • Support resolution of issues impacting campaign execution

(15%) Operational Excellence & Enablement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on campaign activation processes, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and supporting data workflows
  • Develop and maintain documentation, QA standards, and activation guidelines to support consistent execution
  • Enable cross-functional teams by providing clarity on activation processes, timelines, and requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and improve efficiency across activation processes
  • Contribute to the evolution of campaign activation processes and supporting technologies to improve scalability and efficiency over time
