Job Title
Senior Marketing Technology and Operations Analyst

About your role:

As a Senior Marketing Technology and Operations Analyst role, you will manage the platforms, processes, and execution workflows that support internal marketing communications across key channels. You will partner with internal communications, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to enable communications platforms and applications that improve channel performance, audience engagement, and operational consistency across Fiserv.

What you'll do:
  • Manage internal marketing technology channels and related workflows to support campaign execution across email, intranet, and other digital communication platforms such as digital signage
  • Maintain channel governance, publishing standards, audience segmentation processes, and quality controls to support accurate and timely execution
  • Manage the Fiserv domain portfolio and relationship with our corporate registrars
  • Manage 3rd party risk and business continuity to meet Fiserv operational and audit requirements
  • Monitor channel performance using campaign metrics, delivery data, engagement trends, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Troubleshoot platform, workflow, and delivery issues with internal teams, platform owners, and technical partners
  • Document channel processes, platform standards, and best practices to improve consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency


Experience you'll need to have:
  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing operations, marketing technology, and/or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing or supporting digital communications channels such as email, content management systems, or internal communications platforms
  • Experience using campaign analytics, reporting, and performance metrics to evaluate results and improve execution
  • Experience working with internal communication platforms, email platforms, content management systems, intranet management systems, or similar internal communications tools
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience with internal communications platforms such as Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams, Poppulo, Unily, Lumapps, Simpplr, Korbyt or similar tools
  • Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or another regulated industry
  • Experience supporting compliance-sensitive internal communications programs with a global scale


How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.


Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
