Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support marketing and go-to-market activities for the housing and mortgage market. You will work across marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement, helping implement programs that bring data, analytics, and solutions to market.

This is a remote role reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Help develop and execute positioning, messaging, content, and go-to-market activities for mortgage and housing solutions.
  • Develop and update presentations, product sheets, case studies, emails, web content, and other materials that support marketing campaigns and sales conversations.
  • Help execute multi-channel marketing programs across digital, email, content, events, webinars, and other channels.
  • Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to develop materials and resources that help sales teams communicate solution value and engage customers.
  • Help turn data, analytics, AI, automation, and other technical concepts into accessible, customer-friendly marketing content.
  • Support the planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up of industry events, webinars, and other customer engagement activities.
  • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, reviews, and approvals to keep marketing initiatives moving forward.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other partners to support coordinated marketing activities.


Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, campaign marketing, content marketing, or a related area.
  • Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns, programs, or go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience developing marketing or sales materials such as presentations, product sheets, emails, case studies, web content, or thought leadership.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams.
  • Interest in learning about the mortgage and housing market, data and analytics, and emerging technologies.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
