Senior Marketing Executive - El Paso, TX to Las Cruces, NM and most of New Mexico.
Labcorp is seeking a Senior Marketing (Sales) Executive in El Paso, TX to lead strategic sales and market development across the Southwest territory from El Paso to Santa Fe.
Responsibilities:
• Drives new business and organizes an annual book of upselling business, while meeting and exceeding sales growth goals in the assigned territory. Achieving long and short-term sales objectives by providing specialty solutions
• Serves as a subject matter expert and champions the Labcorp expansive list of testing solutions for customers and prospective clients
• Creates effective customer relationships. Makes in-person visits to clients on a regular basis to provide ongoing customer support, education on focus products, and markets updates for customers using sales analytics and insights
• Acts as a liaison between the client and Labcorp. Collaborates, communicates, and actively contributes to new business opportunities with LabCorp Clinical Sales counterparts
• Keeps current with the competition's products, service offerings, and activity
• Stays updated on new products, clinical guidelines, new developments in the industry & research trends
• Uses market data, sales analytics, and insights to make sales decisions and spots new business opportunities
• Provides updates to senior leadership on key strategic initiatives and new business opportunities
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all company support departments internally
• Effectively manages travel logistics to maximize sales productivity
• Attends local and national professional trade shows and events as requested
• Updates all relevant customer account information into Salesforce.com
• Cold calls and builds a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievement
• Accurately forecasts and maintains a sales funnel of new opportunities in line with a 90-day quota
• Collaborates closely with team members to help them retain their current book of business
• Performs in-services, training, and implementation with pertinent personnel and physician staff
• Collaborates and actively contributes to new business opportunities with LCA counterparts
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• 4 or more years’ experience in diagnostic testing or medical diagnostic sales or account management experience within the healthcare or medical device industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.

• Ability to collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to grow the business
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills
• Ability to understand complex scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Salesforce.com
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to travel overnight as needed

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will function as an outside sales representative primarily focused on growing new business by prospecting, developing, and closing sales monthly. The primary focus will be physician offices, physician groups, and healthcare professionals across all primary care and specialty physicians.
The territory for this field-based position covers El Paso, TX, Las Cruces, NM and most of New Mexico.The ideal candidate will reside in one of the following cities or nearby areas: El Paso, TX; Las Cruces; Truth or Consequences; Belen/Los Lunas; Albuquerque; Rio Rancho; or Santa Fe, NM.
