We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for our US lending business - owning campaigns, messaging, sales enablement and go-to-market execution to drive awareness, demand and commercial growth.
What you'll do- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels to generate demand, nurture prospects and support pipeline growth
- Own messaging and positioning for our US lending products, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints
- Create and maintain high-impact marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and sector-specific materials
- Partner with the US Debt Finance team to understand commercial priorities, client needs and market opportunities, translating these into effective marketing activity
- Support sales teams with the materials, narratives and proof points they need to convert opportunities effectively
- Work with Growth, paid media and content specialists to plan and brief campaigns, defining audiences, messaging and objectives
- Collaborate with Commercial, Credit, Compliance and Legal to ensure all marketing output is accurate, on-brand and commercially sound
- Track and report on campaign and enablement performance, using data and feedback to continuously improve
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of client events and industry conferences
What we're looking for- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within B2B, fintech or financial services
- Strong track record of planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with commercial teams
- Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders across Sales, Compliance, Growth and senior leadership
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
- A commercial mindset - comfortable working close to revenue and business targets
- This role requires at least 4 days per week in the office
