Senior Marketing Manager

Chicago, IL (Hybrid) | Full-Time

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand and channel marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Associate Creative Director, merchandising, ecommerce, and performance marketing to bring seasonal campaigns, product launches, licensed collaborations, and brand events to life.

If you're equally comfortable shaping a seasonal marketing calendar, developing creative campaign briefs, analyzing performance, and leading cross-channel launches across paid, email/SMS, and onsite, we'd love to meet you.
You'll:
  • Develop and lead seasonal and always-on marketing plans that drive traffic, conversion, and customer growth
  • Partner with the Associate Creative Director to align messaging, campaign strategy, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with merchandising, product, and ecommerce teams on launches, promotions, and licensed collaboration opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact with centralized teams managing paid media, retention (email/SMS), and site merchandising
  • Leverage performance data and customer insights to optimize campaigns and inform testing strategies
  • Support go-to-market strategy for licensed collections, brand partnerships, and experiential events
  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and collaborations are delivered on time and on brief
  • Develop briefs, presentations, and post-mortem recaps to communicate plans, results, and learnings to stakeholders
What We're Looking For

You're a strategic, hands-on marketer who understands that great marketing is both data-informed and creatively compelling.

You bring:
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within DTC, fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, email/SMS, ecommerce, and social
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams and performance marketing teams
  • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You...
  • Have experience supporting or leading brand partnerships, licensed collaborations, or event marketing initiatives

  • Have a passion for men's style, occasion dressing, and accessible fashion
Why You'll Love This Role

You'll have the opportunity to shape seasonal strategy, partner directly with creative leadership, and help launch collaborations and events that expand The Tie Bar's reach and cultural relevance. You'll own the marketing calendar from planning through execution while helping grow a brand with a loyal, established customer base.

If you're energized by connecting strategy, creativity, and data to build a brand customers trust, we'd love to meet you.

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) - on-site, as needed with flexibility for remote work based on business needs
