Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the company's marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement initiatives, and marketing team. This role drives business growth through strategic marketing programs, brand development, vendor partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives while ensuring alignment across sales, product management, e-commerce, and company leadership.

This position supports marketing initiatives across Standard Supply, Bartos Industries, and coolCare, ensuring brand consistency while aligning each company's marketing strategy with its unique business objectives.

The Senior Marketing Manager serves as a key leader within the organization and is responsible for measuring marketing effectiveness, managing budgets, and identifying new opportunities to increase market share and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that drives sales and supports company growth objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Marketing Department, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, mentorship, and professional development of team members.
  • Establish marketing KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Oversee the department's budget and expenses, including vendor co-op funds and advertising sales programs.
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities to drive growth.
  • Provide strategic oversight for customer engagement initiatives, including trade shows, seminars, customer appreciation events, golf tournaments, and industry sponsorships.
  • Lead creative development, digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, and brand management across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, Purchasing, Pricing, and E-Commerce teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Develop and oversee targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies that support business objectives.
  • Oversee website strategy, content management, and digital user experience to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals and growth strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and measuring marketing performance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with executive leadership.
  • B2B, distribution, manufacturing, construction, or HVAC industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with vendor/cooperative advertising programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing design, branding, and digital content development tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional creativity and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and editing skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
