Cricut is seeking a bold, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead awareness, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives across our Services portfolio, including Direct-to-Film (DTF), Finished T-Shirts, and Creative Lab products.

This role is for a marketer who loves building excitement around new businesses, finding creative ways to reach customers, and developing campaigns that stand out in the marketplace. We're looking for someone who thinks beyond traditional marketing channels, embraces experimentation, and understands how to create momentum through influencers, creators, community engagement, partnerships, social media, and innovative campaign strategies.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, Services, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for a rapidly growing category. You will work closely with Product, Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Drive Awareness & Demand Generation
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase awareness, consideration, and adoption of Cricut Services offerings.
  • Create and launch integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, web, paid media, creator partnerships, PR, and community channels.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates the value of DTF, Finished T-Shirts, and Creative Lab products.
  • Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement across both existing Cricut members and new audiences.

Lead Influencer & Creator Marketing
  • Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners.
  • Develop creator programs that generate authentic content, product demonstrations, tutorials, reviews, and social engagement.
  • Identify emerging creators and trends that can help accelerate awareness and adoption.
  • Partner with influencers to launch campaigns, promotions, events, and product introductions.

Create Breakthrough Marketing Campaigns
  • Develop innovative campaigns that generate buzz and excitement within the crafting, DIY, personalization, and small business communities.
  • Explore unconventional marketing opportunities, partnerships, events, and activations.
  • Monitor social trends and cultural moments to identify opportunities for timely and engaging campaigns.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture by continuously experimenting with new channels, tactics, and messaging.

Partner Across the Business
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Social, Digital Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Measure & Optimize Performance
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Use customer insights and market trends to inform future marketing strategies.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, ambassadors, or affiliate marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social, email, paid media, content, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, crafting, personalization, apparel, creator economy, or related industries is preferred.
