ResQ is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help take ResQ to the next level as we launch an entirely new, AI-powered product in the Trades space.

As a foundational marketing leader, this role goes well beyond execution. You'll own and shape ResQ's marketing strategy end to end spanning growth marketing, product marketing, and go-to-market while managing a small but mighty team and partnering closely with Leadership, Engineering, and Sales.

As the team that helps drive revenue for the business, Marketing plays a critical role at ResQ. This is a high impact opportunity for a hands-on, tech forward generalist who thrives in fast moving startup environments and is excited to build, test, and scale what works.

You'll spearhead customer acquisition, lead product launches, and develop data driven, full funnel marketing strategies that connect a complex, technical product to real world trades customers. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering to bring product capabilities to life, and with Sales to drive pipeline, enablement, and growth.

  • Owning end to end growth marketing
  • Building and scaling a full funnel SaaS marketing engine
  • Partnering closely with Engineering, and Sales on launches and growth
  • Working hands on with email automation, lifecycle, nurture and experimentation
  • Rolling up your sleeves to build, test, and execute, not just manage

What you will do:
  • Own Growth & Full Funnel Strategy Develop and execute end-to-end growth and performance marketing strategies across the full funnel, from awareness and acquisition through activation, conversion, and retention with a clear focus on revenue impact.
  • Website Management Maintain and update web assets to ensure the website is current, accurate, and optimized for performance.
  • Drive Data, Experimentation & Automation Own marketing analytics and reporting across channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, lifecycle, etc.). Define and track KPIs, implement automation and tracking tools, and lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously optimize performance.
  • Partner on Product & Go-to-Market Collaborate closely with Engineering, and Sales to lead go-to-market strategy, product launches, and messaging that clearly communicates value to trades and field service customers.
  • Own Marketing Budget Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Market Intelligence Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to keep ResQ ahead of the curve.

Who you are:
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a startup or high growth tech environment
  • Experience marketing to the trades, field service, or construction industry
  • Strong generalist background across growth, product marketing, and go-to-market
  • Comfortable using data, analytics, and AI-powered toolsto drive decision making and performance
  • Deep understanding of full funnel marketing, segmentation, and experimentation
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor small teams
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling messages and take ownership from strategy through execution
