Senior Marketing Manager - Porcelain

Position Overview

This is a newly created position that will lead the marketing efforts for a new product category for Shaw Contract. The Senior Marketing Manager, Porcelain role is essential for the continued growth of our business, diving-deep into the commercial market segment activities. Working across our marketing, design and sales organization to develop marketing programs and tools both for internal and external use. We're looking for someone with strong marketing skills who is sharp, adaptable, and highly motivated to lead the porcelain efforts within our fast-paced, innovative, and design-centric team. Please note you must have the ability and willingness to work in a hybrid way at the Create Centre, Cartersville GA campus 3-5 days a week depending on the needs of the business, travel schedule and collaboration focus.

This role requires a strategic leader with a proactive, results-driven approach to drive a high-impact market entry and establish Shaw Contract as a top contender. The Senior Marketing Manager, Porcelain, must have the vision to guide the team toward quick, decisive action to establish our position in this new category. The ideal candidate is adaptable and skilled in leading cross-functional marketing efforts and work across all commercial segments. This role requires a strategic marketer who understands digital marketing and can establish content direction for our porcelain offering, bringing fresh, engaging perspectives to connect with our audience in person and online.

The Senior Marketing Manager, Porcelain will collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Creative teams to create cohesive strategies and messaging that align with Shaw Contract brand objectives. Act as the central point for cross-functional alignment, streamlining processes, and ensuring the porcelain category's priorities are understood and championed across all segments. This role will lead the end-to-end strategy for launching the porcelain category, crafting a clear path to market entry that emphasizes brand positioning, target audience engagement, and competitive differentiation. Establish goals, key milestones, and KPIs to ensure the launch is impactful and successful.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong alignment to sales to drive growth in the porcelain category
  • Gather data on trends in all segments and how to better grow this emerging category for Shaw Contract
  • Develop KPI's to measure impact and success of marketing initiatives
  • Interface with internal and external customers to drive segment marketing projects.
  • Work closely with Porcelain Product Director to help market and grow this emerging category
  • Manage workflow, schedule, and traffic of projects from concept to completion to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Porcelain product introductions including supporting materials, photoshoots, launch kits, deadline and resource management.
  • Assist in measurement, tracking and reporting on segment marketing budgets.


Requirements:
  • 4-year marketing related degree & 5+ years relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of product experience preferably in porcelain category
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand complex company strategies
  • Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid way at the Create Centre, Cartersville GA campus 3-5 days a week depending on the needs of the business, travel schedule and collaboration focus.
