Full Job Description
What You'll Do:

The Senior Marketing Manager of Consumer will be responsible for executing the US consumer marketing efforts for Truqap. This is an in-person position based in Gaithersburg, MD, reporting to the Head of Truqap.

  • Support the creation of consumer campaign strategies that build brand awareness and engagement


  • Lead the implementation of innovative consumer digital marketing strategies and programs built on the foundation of what consumers need and how they behave


  • Collaborate across the consumer team to use information and data to create and optimize strategies and campaigns


  • Manage creative projects and digital media activations with our consumer and media agencies ensuring best-in-class media planning, execution, and performance


  • Contribute to a team culture built on the foundation of trust, open communication, accountability, and fun


  • Partner with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing materials


  • Collaborate within the Truqap cross-functional teams to maximize synergies and ensure alignment of consumer marketing initiatives


  • Effectively manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility


  • Assist in the identification, evaluation, and adoption of new partnerships and technologies

What Experience Do You Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.


  • 5+ years of total commercial healthcare experience, at least 2 years of consumer healthcare marketing, oncology product marketing experience preferred


  • Product launch experience preferred


  • Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgets


  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines


  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues


  • Ability to assess risks and benefits to make timely, sound decisions with various levels of information, and accept responsibility for meeting and/ or exceeding objectives


The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,200- $226 840. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
