  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) for priority prospects, working closely with Sales to prioritise and convert opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement content and collateral that supports new business conversion

Existing Client Retention & Growth
  • Develop and deliver retention, cross-sell and upsell campaigns for the established corporate client base
  • Design lifecycle and engagement journeys (onboarding, renewal, upsell) using CRM and marketing automation data
  • Produce client-facing content and case studies that reinforce value and reduce churn risk

Partnership Marketing
  • Develop co-marketing plans and campaign assets to support strategic and referral partnerships
  • Coordinate joint promotions and communications with partner stakeholders
  • Ensure partner marketing materials are on-brand, compliant and commercially effective

Campaign Execution & Channel Management
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social and events supporting both acquisition and retention objectives
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams on performance channels (PPC, SEO, paid social) to maximise ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulatory and legal requirements across jurisdictions.

Marketing Technology & Reporting
  • Manage day-to-day use of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and marketing automation (HubSpot) to support segmentation, targeting and reporting.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and retention metrics.
  • Use data and insight to continually refine targeting, messaging and channel mix.

Events & Client Engagement
  • Plan and deliver client and partner events, webinars and in-market activations.
  • Ensure events are executed to a high standard and deliver measurable commercial and engagement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to maximise the impact of in-market activity.

Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing partner to Sales, Dealing and Partnerships teams on campaign priorities and execution.
  • Brief and manage external agencies on specific campaign deliverables.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the VPs of Marketing.
