Job DescriptionThis OpportunityAs a Senior Marketing Lead - U.S. Region, you will play a critical role in shaping and advancing marketing strategies that support WSP's growth priorities in the U.S. Working within a global business partner model, you will translate business priorities, market intelligence, and global strategy into focused regional marketing plans that strengthen positioning, support business development, and help drive growth across assigned high growth areas.
This is a senior, strategic role for a marketer who thrives in a matrixed environment, brings strong business judgment, and knows how to influence across functions and leadership levels. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders, guiding marketing priorities and helping translate strategy into action in a way that is relevant to the U.S. market.
Your Impact- Develop and advance regional marketing strategies and activation plans for assigned high growth areas in alignment with business priorities and global direction.
- Translate business priorities, market intelligence, client priorities, and growth objectives into focused marketing recommendations and action plans that drive growth in the priority areas.
- Serve as a trusted strategic marketing advisor to senior business leaders, contributing perspective on positioning, prioritization, and market-facing decisions.
- Partner with global marketing leads and regional stakeholders to ensure marketing strategies are relevant, aligned, and effective in the U.S. market.
- Lead through influence in a matrixed environment, guiding cross-functional and indirect contributors to deliver coordinated marketing initiatives.
- Support priority pursuits, business development efforts, and strategic growth opportunities through differentiated marketing activation.
- Lead account-based marketing for named priority accounts in close collaboration with BD and Global partners.
- Build demand generation and integrated lead acquisition programs that deliver qualified pipeline.
- Track performance of marketing activity and recommend adjustments based on results, changing priorities, and business needs.
Who You AreRequired QualificationsThe Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience developing and executing B2B or professional services marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence decisions through strong business understanding, judgment, and communication.
- Experience working across a matrixed organization and coordinating work through indirect or cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across levels, functions, and geographies.
- Experience designing and running ABM, demand generation, and multichannel integrated programs for complex B2B buying cycles is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing technologies, digital channels, and performance measurement approaches is an asset.
- Experience in engineering, consulting, professional services, or a similarly complex B2B environment is an asset.

Compensation:Expected Salary (all locations): $91,900.00 - $148,800.00
