Full Job Description

About the team
The Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence leverages advanced analytics, data modeling, and visualization to translate complex business questions into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. Partnering closely with product, marketing, and operations stakeholders, this role designs and maintains robust BI solutions and self-service reporting, improves data quality and accessibility, and mentors others on data-driven decision making.

About the role

Define the vision: For each marketing domain, leading with a strong point of view on what the end-state intelligence product should be, informed by stakeholder input and an understanding of today’s gaps, and building a strategic case for what to build, for whom, and why

Strategic thought partner to marketing leaders: Pressure-testing what stakeholders think they need, challenging assumptions, and aligning on the intelligence investments that will have the greatest impact on decisions and outcomes

Translate strategy into specs: Outlining mockups, data requirements, and prioritized feature sets with enough detail for BI analysts to build from, prototyping and validating concepts using available data and tools before committing to full builds

Drive adoption post-launch: Monitoring usage, diagnosing where adoption stalls, and iterating on products until they are embedded in day-to-day workflows

Incorporate AI capabilities: Defining AI-related needs where they make products more actionable such as automated insight surfacing, anomaly detection, or natural language interaction
