Role Overview...
We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for various exempt and non-exempt Manufacturing roles within Beehive Industries.
What you'll do...- Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and through-out social media
- Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles
- Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation
- Enhance the organization's brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.
- Represent Beehive Industries at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.
- Ensures that communication with candidates is reflective of Beehive Industries values and culture
You have....- 5+ years of full life-cycle experience in an in-house recruitment role, 3 of those years in the aviation/aerospace/DOD industry.
- Preferred experience in dynamic/fast paced, growing organizations.
- Strong experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles.
- A sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working together as part of a team.
- Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent.
- Proactive approach and thinking outside the box.
- Ability to work independently.

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $115,000-$138,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
