  • Support customer acceptance activities and final project closeout.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience within electrical equipment manufacturing, power distribution systems, mission-critical infrastructure, or related industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing-based project execution and product delivery.
  • Experience working directly with customers, contractors, engineering firms, or EPC organizations.
  • Ability to review and interpret contracts, technical specifications, schedules, and engineering documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work onsite in Marietta, Ohio and collaborate closely with plant and engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background supporting data center, hyperscale, or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with project tracking and ERP systems such as Smartsheet, M2M, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), logistics planning, and equipment delivery activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This opportunity is designed for a project management professional who has successfully led similar manufacturing-driven electrical infrastructure projects and can make an immediate impact. Candidates coming primarily from IT project management, software implementations, or traditional construction management environments without direct experience in manufactured electrical equipment delivery may not have the specialized background required for this role.
