Senior Manufacturing Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines to include the 737MAX Inlet, Nacelles, and the PSC Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MR&O) services
- Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers
- Executes work transfers to and from PSC with multiple customers as well as the cross functional teams
- Leads MRO fleet retrofit for PSC
- Works with cross functional teams including international customers and suppliers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- 10+ years of experience advising and influencing managers/non-managers to meet organizational goals
- 10+ years of Operations experience
- 10+ years of experience working in a commercial Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role leading various teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
- 5+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Familiar with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts
- Degree or Certificate in Business, Management, Engineering, IE, PE, Aeronautical Sciences, Technology Field, Project Management or relevant discipline
- 5+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
- 5+ years of experience with recruiting talent (sourcing, onboarding, selection)
- 5+ years of experience working with international suppliers

Summary pay range: $171,700 - $232,300
