Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through full-scale production.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for electronic gaming devices, including PCB assemblies and complete system integration.
  • Partner with Engineering to build solutions that meet DFM, DFA, DFT, and DFQ requirements.
  • Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test processes.
  • Support automated and manual test solutions, including functional and in-circuit testing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing and quality issues by applying structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and manufacturing yield.
  • Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct process validations, capability studies, and risk assessments.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve component quality.
  • Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure timely implementation.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes, SMT manufacturing, and production testing.
  • Experience leading NPI projects from development through production launch.
  • Proven experience in DFM, DFA, DFT, and process validation techniques.
  • Experience with root cause analysis techniques like 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PLM software (Teamcenter, Enovia).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Pay Range
$77,000 - $143,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
