What You'll Do:- Lead the design, programming, and implementation of automation systems across production lines.
- Manage full project lifecycles-scope, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate resources across engineering, maintenance, IT, procurement, and quality.
- Implement and optimize PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control, SCADA, and vision systems.
- Partner with system integrators and equipment vendors on advanced automation projects.
- Drive initiatives for Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing integration (MES/ERP connectivity).
- Ensure compliance with ANSI, OSHA, EPA, ISO, and MPG quality and safety standards.
What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience leading automation or control system projects in manufacturing.
- Strong background in PLC/HMI programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in robotics, motion control, warehouse automation, and vision systems.
- Knowledge of AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, MES, WMS, sensors, and drives.
- Excellent project management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- PMP certification preferred; experience in 24/7 manufacturing highly desirable.
