As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Warehouse & Logistics, you will optimize and streamline warehouse and logistics operations to drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive successful transformation projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Analyze Current Processes: Analyze existing warehouse and logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
• Implement Innovative Solutions: Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction, leveraging a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful transformation projects, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive Business Transformation: Drive business transformation by developing and implementing process improvements that meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Enhance Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics operations, resulting in improved productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

• Deep Understanding of Supply Chain Principles: Experience with supply chain and logistics principles, including knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis and interpretation to develop recommendations for process enhancements and drive business transformation.
• Consulting Experience: Experience in development and go to market for consulting offerings for warehousing and logistics
• Commercial Technology Fluency: Experience with commercial technologies used for planning and logistics (e.g. Manhattan, BlueYonder, Infor, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9).
• Logistics Operations Expertise: Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience with effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders to drive successful transformation projects and ensure seamless project execution.
• Business Transformation Acumen: Experience in driving business transformation by developing and implementing process improvements that meet customer expectations and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced Supply Chain Knowledge: Deep expertise in supply chain and logistics principles, including knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations, to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis Expertise: Deep expertise in data analysis and interpretation to develop recommendations for process enhancements and drive business transformation.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
