Overview NOTE: This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence three days per week at one of our local offices, located in Allentown, PA (Lehigh Valley), Louisville, KY, or Providence, RI. #LI-Hybrid #INDPPL The Senior Manager of Workstation Asset Management leads the end-to-end lifecycle of all workstation assets across the enterprise, ensuring strong governance, data accuracy, and alignment with financial, security, and audit requirements. This role establishes clear ownership, standardizes lifecycle processes, and drives enterprise-wide visibility and control of all assets from procurement through retirement. Responsibilities - Own the complete workstation lifecycle, ensuring devices are consistently managed from procurement through onboarding, provisioning, support, refresh, and decommissioning. - Establish and enforce asset lifecycle policies, standards, and standardized processes across the enterprise to ensure alignment with governance, cybersecurity requirements, scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency. - Define and maintain the system of record for all workstation assets, ensuring accurate and reliable data in ServiceNow and alignment across CMDB, financial systems, vendor records, and physical inventory through ongoing reconciliation. - Lead lifecycle-related audit response and remediation efforts, partnering with Security and Risk teams to strengthen controls, ensure compliance, and maintain full audit traceability and evidence. - Oversee lifecycle operations, including deployment, refresh, recovery, and decommissioning, while ensuring proper chain of custody, secure data destruction, and consistent execution in partnership with field support teams. - Drive inventory visibility and control across all operating companies through standardized tracking, reporting, and periodic physical inventory validation and reconciliation processes. - Implement and monitor lifecycle KPIs and SLAs, including asset accuracy, refresh cycle adherence, deployment timelines, and recovery rates. - Lead technology lifecycle planning and refresh strategy, ensuring devices are replaced proactively based on age, risk, and business needs. - Oversee tooling and system integration across the lifecycle ecosystem, ensuring alignment between ServiceNow, endpoint management platforms, procurement systems, and vendor tools. - Partner with Procurement and Finance to manage vendors, optimize asset spend, and ensure accurate financial tracking of assets throughout their lifecycle. - Collaborate with Endpoint Engineering, Support teams, ServiceNow platform teams, and Cybersecurity to ensure clear ownership boundaries and alignment across build, run, and lifecycle functions. - Drive continuous improvement and automation of lifecycle processes to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and standardize practices across regions and operating companies. Qualifications Required Experience: - 7+ years of experience in IT asset management, endpoint lifecycle management, IT operations. - Strong experience with enterprise asset management platforms, ServiceNow HAM/CMDB, with a solid understanding of lifecycle tracking and data reconciliation. - Experience leading audit response, control design, and remediation efforts, with knowledge of risks related to asset tracking, data protection, and device decommissioning. - Proven ability to design and scale standardized lifecycle processes, including workflows, inventory management, and governance across multiple regions. - Strong understanding of endpoint environments and how asset systems integrate with endpoint management, procurement, and inventory platforms. - Experience managing vendors and financial aspects of asset lifecycle, including budgeting, cost optimization, and asset tracking. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence. Education: - Bachelor's degree.
